Bristol Hospice Acquires Sojourn Hospice & Palliative Care, L.L.C. Operations
Bristol Hospice, in coordination with Webster Capital, has added Sojourn Hospice & Palliative Care, L.L.C. a for-profit hospice provider, to its portfolio. No financial terms were disclosed.

Salt Lake City, Utah (February 25th, 2020) – Bristol Hospice, a portfolio Company of Webster Capital, is pleased to announce the purchase of Sojourn Hospice & Palliative Care, L.L.C.
Sojourn Hospice & Palliative Care, a Healthy Living Network, LLC, company, operates 8 locations in Utah and California: Salt Lake City, Sacramento, Fresno, East Bay, San Jose, Modesto, Redding and San Diego. These Sojourn Hospice locations will continue to serve in these communities as Bristol Hospice. As a part of the transaction the Healthy Living Network will acquire the Home Health operations of Bristol in Salt Lake City, Utah and Porterville, CA.
